By selecting “Accept” you authorize North FrontenacTelephone and its affiliated companies to debit the bank account or credit cardyou have provided for payment of all charges on your account.
1. Authorization
You authorize us to withdraw funds from your designated bank account or credit card for:
• Monthly recurring charges for Internet and related services
• Any one-time or outstanding charges (e.g., installation fees, equipment, overages)
This authorization is ongoing and will remain in effect until cancelled.
2. Amount and Timing of Debits
• Payments will be withdrawn automatically on or after your bill due date.
• Automatic withdrawals from your bank account will occur on or about the 20th of each month
• Automatic withdrawals from your credit card will occur on or about the 25th of each month.
• The amount may vary each billing period based on your services, usage, taxes, and applicable fees.
• You will receive a bill before each withdrawal, which serves as advance notice of the amount and date of the debit.
3. Waiver of Additional Pre-Notification
You agree that your monthly bill constitutes sufficient notice and that no additional pre-notification is required before we process a debit.
4. Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of this PAD Agreement (e.g.,by email) after you accept these terms. Please retain this for your records.
5. Changes to Banking Information
Youagree to notify us of any changes to your banking information at least 5 business days before your next scheduled payment.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel this PAD authorization at any time by:
• Logging into your account portal, or
• Contacting us at 1-888-638-3575
We require at least 10 business days’ notice before your next scheduled debit. Cancelling this authorization does not cancel your service agreement. You remain responsible for all outstanding balances.
7. Failed Payments (NSF)
If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason, we may:
• Charge an NSF or administrative fee (as permitted by your service agreement)
• Suspend or restrict your services until payment is received
8. Recourse Rights
You have certain recourse rights if a debit does not complywith this agreement. For example, you are entitled to reimbursement for anyunauthorized or incorrect PAD withdrawal.
